Ingredients §
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb bacon
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/2 C barbecue sauce
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp mustard
- 4 Tbsp molasses
- 6 cans beans (2 chili, 2 pinto, 1 black, 1 red)
- 2 large onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1-2 green peppers (chopped)(optional)
Instructions §
- Pre-cook bacon, set to side
- Cook hamburger
- Add onion, green pepper, spices
- Cook until tender
- Add everything else
- Bake 1 hour or more. The longer the better. OR smoke for 3 hours (taste best this way).
